Directing

“As a director I crave the contributions of others. Theater is too complex and multi-faceted to make by yourself, and the thought of trying to do so doesn’t appeal to me at all. I think one of my jobs as a director is to facilitate productive collaboration, where everyone feels invested and rewarded by the process, and something beautiful results which is dependent upon the collective.”
